II Chronicles 7:14 If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.
I urge every person who calls themselves a Christian to start to humble themselves before the Lord. Our Nation is in serious trouble. When ever I turn on the news I am saddend by what I see and hear.
This is America and yet I am surprised to hear people bad mouthing our Country and our President. I understand we do have free speach in America and maybe I am silly to think we should speak the positive about our land. Yes more and more people talk bad about our leaders. We have lost respect for ourselves and our Nation.
Although I do not have the numbers I know that millions of babies are thrown away each year. Abortion is murder! Let’s stop the killings!
Genesis 4:10 and He said,”What have you done? The voice of your brother’s blood cries out to Me from the ground.”
I can hear God saying to us “What have you done?”
Look at the moral condition our Country is in. Sexual perversion is everywhere we look. Evil is lurking in every cartoon our children are watching. Violent killings are happening in our schools. Disrespect is running rampent not only within the family unit, but also with every form of authority.
Yet at the same time we are a people looking and searching for the spiritual, listening to mediams, we play with mind control, we call physic hot lines, we read our horoscopes etc…
We as Christians need to fast and pray for this Nation who is searching for the spiritual when what they need to find is Jesus.
God says in His Word that if we will humble ourselves and pray, He will hear from Heaven and heal our land. I don’t know about you, but I think the moral decline of America has gone on long enough. I will get on my knees for my Country. Will you?
